The V502 has been designed for demanding tracking and monitoring applications, and is the smallest GPS/GPRS fleet management module in the world. Measuring about the size of a matchbox, the V502 uses GPS to find its location and reports back to base using GPRS as the primary communication medium, reverting to SMS in the event of no GPRS coverage. The V502 has proven to be a very cost-effective means of fleet management thanks to its efficient use of cheap GPRS data. |
