The Institute Of Automobile Engineer Assessors was set up to unite
automobile experts within a common organisation.

Judicial And Civil Authorities

The bringing together of automobile engineers who are appointed by judicial and civil authorities, insurance companies, public corporations and private persons for examining and analyzing motorcycles, motor cars and commercial vehicles; to determine automobile data; to assess and appraise damages; and to see to a common development of affairs in the field of road accidents (traffic accident analysis) for the benefit of everyone.

International Education

Creating the status of an acknowledged automobile expert: by improving the level of general knowledge; by introducing an international education and retraining program; by supporting the independence of an automobile expert from each and every other group of interested parties; by taking appropriate measures in order to guarantee that the institute will only consist of reliable automobile experts, thus making the seal of the Institute Of Automobile Engineer Assessors a quality mark.

Exchanging Information

Exchanging relevant information and documents in this respect on an international level

Comparing and co-ordinating the legal prescriptions for automobile experts in different countries, aiming at a general adjustment.
