Direct Delivery
Unlike many delivery companies PBA Express will not tranship your goods between vehicles. Once they have left your premises your goods will be delivered direct to your customer, this reduces the chance of damage and loss. If, under exceptional circumstances, this cannot be achieved, you will be informed immediately.
Timed Deliveries
If you require delivery at a specific time, providing the journey can be completed safely between when you call and the delivery time required, we will be happy to oblige.
Mobile Communications and Tracking
You can telephone at any time to check on the progress of your goods and their estimated time of arrival. If you have access to the internet you can check on the location of your goods through our tracking system, please ask if you require further information on this service.
Insurance
All goods being transported are covered by comprehensive Goods in Transit Insurance to the value of £25,000. Goods transported overseas are covered by £250,000 CMR insurance. We have insurance for the carriage of ADR goods except for classes 1 and 7. Our vehicles are also covered by full European"green card" insurance.
Proof of Delivery
Delivery will be confirmed immediately by telephone and/or Email. The proof of delivery document will be attached to the back of our invoice.
