AIMS Express' business strategy is to create economic value for clients by providing truckload management and truckload dedicated solutions. Express is focused solely on the truckload aspects of their clients' transportation needs. The strategy to provide economic value consists of two possible truckload solutions for clients: truckload management and dedicated solutions.



The client’s truckload carrier rates are based solely from the carrier’s operational-lane imbalances and the shipping lanes from their current client base. The lane imbalances for one carrier are not the same as for other carriers. AIMS Express estimates that over twenty thousand truckload carriers nationwide have daily lane imbalance in their operations. AIMS works to create balance for those carriers with truckload shipments from clients at a lower rate. The goal of the strategy is simple: provide carriers a professional and financially strong outsourcing partner for creating balance within their operation by matching their lane imbalances with our clients' shipping lanes.

The truckload management strategy creates cost savings for both clients and carriers. The dedicated solutions strategy empowers clients with the ability to build its own in-house carrier solutions utilizing AIMS Express drivers, tractors, and trailers.
