This strategy removes the traditional structure of the trucking company by implementing state-of-the-art technology, and building a stronger link between the owner operator and the direct customer.

Within the industry the concept was viewed, as a radical approach to business. However, in combination with its maintenance of an extremely ‘flat’ reporting structure, the resultant financial flexibility and operating adaptability have enabled AIM-Integrated to grow and evolve, offering a comprehensive suite of transportation and logistics products and services to it’s customers.

Unencumbered by the costs and concerns which continue to plague many traditionally structured asset-based companies--securing and servicing capital financing, driver selection, retention and training, etc.--has enabled AIM-Integrated to focus its efforts on delivering superior customer service and value.
