BFC is licensed in 48 states and Canada for transportation of hazardous waste materials to disposal sites and recycling facilities throughout the United States. The company is a fully licensed and insured, certified United States Government contractor and Environmental Protection Agency cleanup contractor. The company has also received contracts from the New York State Department of Transportation and is a certified subcontractor for New York and New Jersey Port Authority, the U.S. Defense Department, and the Environmental Protection Agency. All road and waste permits, bonds and special authorities are maintained. BFC's control of all hazardous waste movements are centralized.
