Our Bahrain office was established in 1979 at the request of the Bahrain Monetary Agency. We have one of the leading legal practices in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and are described by Chambers Global as a "top-class firm endorsed by clients and peers for its regional reach."
We have a strong finance-based practice, which ranges from mainstream conventional and Islamic financing through to more specialist areas such as asset finance and project finance. We also have an active corporate finance practice and advise on mergers and acquisitions, privatisation, and equity offerings, as well as having significant construction and dispute resolution expertise.
In addition to advising Bahrain-based clients, we work closely with our Dubai team to advise clients in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, other countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Middle East and North Africa region, together with the Indian sub-continent. |
