QuickSilver® liners is a well established market leader in the US. Started in the UK in 2003 and rapidly gaining popularity amongst UK tipper fleet operators. An extremely tough, super – slick polymer giving safer release at lower angles. This gives the operators & owners confidence in the most arduous conditions & minimises the need for digging out or carry back. Handling hot asphalt to 180°C, with higher insulating properties, maintaining temperature for longer. QuickSilver® wear properties are significantly better than aluminium or steel, thereby eliminating the need for ongoing floor repairs and costs. The wear saving on the ram, gears, brakes & differential alone all build up to real cost savings. Installation time is less than one day, and can be carried out at the customer’s own premises. |
