Our 40 years of experience and expertise is demonstrated by the fact we were the first UK oil-pollution clean-up contractor to achieve ISO 9001 for Spill response, training and consultancy; and the first accredited to Level 3 by the UK Environment Agency. We operate a 24-hour response to industrial, domestic, inland and marine oil and chemical pollution incidents. DV Howells Ltd offers additional consultancy services including: spill response management, spill-response training, spillage-risk assessments, spill reduction audits, oil and chemical absorbents provision, bioremediation work, and environmental advisory and survey QC and Client Rep services.

DV Howells Ltd has UK Regional offices in Stansted, Sheffield, and Carlisle. We are one of only twelve companies, worldwide, accredited to provide training in IMO/OPRC pollution response.
