IMC is a group of individual specialists in Ports, Terminals, Transport, Planning, Development and associated topics in the maritime sector. It operates with members acting as a ‘virtual’ organisation capable of working individually or in concert to provide an expert and appropriate input to: resolve problems, improve performance and identify development potential in the ports and terminals industry. The group is able to call on a wide range of expertise and in-depth experience from its members as well as being able to access an extended network for other specialist services. The members include: Peter Bingham, Shipping, Port Operations and Cargo Handling; Martin Blaiklock, Financial Planning and Development Assessment; Allan Duncan , Port Management Planning, Operations and Training; Ray Fenyoe, Transport economics, Marketing Studies and Forecasts; David Hallett, Port Engineering, Development and Port Planning; Bill Hogg, Port Management, Planning, Engineering and Operations; David Jones, Port Planning, Project Development, Technical and Commercial Assessments. Members of the Group have worked in most parts of the world for a wide range of clients.
