BMT SeaTech Limited (BMT SeaTech) is a wholly owned subsidiary of BMT Limited (BMT), the leading internationally recognised maritime and engineering consultancy. The company was formed in 1994 and combines the extensive naval architecture experience of the British Ship Research Association (BSRA) and the National Maritime Institute (NMI) from which BMT was formed in 1985
Based in the United Kingdom, the company is built around a core team of Naval Architects, Master Mariners and Software Engineers and focuses on providing advanced products and services to the shipping industry in the fields of vessel performance and safety, compliance and regulation.
In addition to our own capabilities, we are able to call on the specialised skills from other experts in BMT. With 60 offices around the world, BMT has a truly worldwide network, meaning that we are never far away.
Our clients include commercial and government organisations for civil and military applications. As a fully independent company, we have formed strong relationships with many of our clients who include vessel and port designers, builders, owners, operators, and consultants.
