Hupac was established in 1967. Today, after 39 years of activity, its capital stock jointly owned by 98 shareholders amounts to 20 million Swiss Franks. 72% of the capital belongs to carriers and hauliers while 28% is owned by rail companies.

Profit: 6.5 million Swiss Franks (4.2 million Euro)
Cash flow: 50.3 million Swiss Franks (32.5 million Euro)

Hupac also directly manages 10 intermodal terminals located in Switzerland, Italy, Germany and The Netherlands.

In the field of information technology, Hupac has developed Goal, an integrated software for European intermodal transport, and Cesar, an information system specific for the customers of combined transport.
