UNICOM HOLDING was the first enterprise to be established followed by UNICOM TRANZIT. Then, in 1995, it was the turn for UNICOM OIL TERMINAL to be established, and the last enterprise registered within the Unicom business family was UNIFERTRANS.
However, all this belongs to the past. Currently, the business family encompasses a wide range of activities that are permanently attended to, in vital fields of economics: oil industry, railway and automotive transport, bunkering or the barrel and wood by-products manufacturing.
Certainly, each of the four companies has its own area of expertise, its own management and objectives, but as an industrial conglomerate, UNICOM GROUP is a single unit. The four companies have the same OBJECTIVES: better services, satisfied partners.
