Our Accident Management team ensures that, in the event of an accident, the driver has only one number to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is supported throughout all aspects of the incident from the moment it is reported through to final completion. Our team completes the claim form online by taking details from the driver over the phone, thereby ensuring a quick, efficient initiation of the process.
A number of activities which include vehicle recovery, vehicle repair, uninsured loss recovery, replacement vehicles, insurance claims notification and possible personal injury claims are automatically triggered.
