Euro Trade & Shipping started its activity in 1992 its main business being chartering and ship agency. In January 2002, Euro Trade & Shipping was appointed Agent of Laso Line, a containerized service linking the ports of Castellon, Naples and Genoa to Durres, Istanbul, Constantza, Mariupol, Taganrog and vice versa, with vessels of about 200 TEUS capacity which call at the port of Constantza on a fortnightly basis.
Our commercial team, by rendering highly reliable and professional services at very reasonable costs, has created very good contacts with all importers, exporters and forwarders established in Constantza and in Bucharest. This has been the key of our commercial success; we are also acting as forwarders, and booking containers for destinations not covered by our principals Laso Line but with various lines such as P&O Nedlloyd, Norasia, MSC, APL and CMA - CGM.
Our management and staff form a professional, dynamic and flexible team well prepared to attend to the requirements of any carrier. We have agreements with reliable providers of services for pilotage, mooring/unmooring, cargo handling, custom formalities and inland transportation by truck and by rail.
Our office, strategically situated in Constanta Port, is fully equipped with a state of the art computer network and an Internet communication system. We have good relations at all levels with the Constantza Port Administration and the Harbour Master. For all legal matters a duly licensed Romanian Maritime Lawyer represents us.
We are constantly monitoring the movement of import and export cargo and containers lifted by our competitors and maintain accurate statistics, which can form the basis of a market study, for any carrier wishing to extend or reinforce its service to Romania.
