Forward Air arranges primary trucking services for integrated and non-integrated domestic and international forwarders, surface freight forwarders, non-vessel owning common carriers, and domestic and international airlines by providing on-demand truckload, dedicated truckload, and scheduled less-than-truckload options. We provide a wide range of container vanning and de-vanning locations to the ocean freight industry and comprehensive terminal handling options to the air cargo industry.

Container Freight Stations

Forward Air offers strategically located U.S. Customs Container Freight Stations (CFS), Central Examination Stations (CES), and U.S. Customs FIRMS (Facility Information and Resource Management System) locations throughout our 80 terminal network. This enables us to offer local and nationwide handling of U.S. Customs bonded traffic between key port cities, gateways, and inland cities.
