The CERT Group is a privately owned company which was founded in 1986. At this point the company was only involved in bonded warehousing and distribution.
Also in 1986, CERT purchased the 1 million sq. feet underground cellars in Corsham, Wiltshire which was rebranded Octavian in 1991 providing CERT with a new division specialising in fine wine distribution services.
In 1994, a new management team took over the running of the company with the objective of totally re-engineering the business, delivering the highest levels of customer service and added value services.
CERT is now a profitable organisation with a turnover approaching £50 million, ensuring we have not only the financial security but also the flexibility to invest in partnerships and new opportunities. |
