Burman Associates is a supply chain consultancy and training company
assisting clients to improve all aspects of their supply chain and logistics
operations. Our services include supply chain strategy reviews and
development; audits of warehouses, transport operations and health and
safety; outsourcing strategy development including production and management
of Invitations to Tender (ITT); assisting 3PLs in responding to ITTs; Value
for money analyses; Due diligence, Benchmarking and performance measurement;
warehouse operations and design, transport planning, sourcing and customs
and excise; inventory management and forecasting, professional services;
interim management. We have five senior Directors and 32 Associates who have
all worked in various market sectors at Director level. Our client base
includes major Utility companies, retailers, fmcg manufacturers, 3PLs and
