The bureau is responsible for the data
harvesting of all information stored on
the vehicle onboard computers of our
clients. The service is aimed at
monitoring vehicle exceptions, which is
done on an active or passive basis
depending on client requirements. The
data is extracted and converted into
meaningful information and presented to
clients on a daily, weekly and/or monthly
basis. The service is extended to include
assisting the client to interpret the
information in order to maximize asset
utilization and profitability.

One of the key responsibilities of the bureau is to ensure that maintenance and repairs on all vehicles are carried out timeously. Scheduling of repairs is facilitated centrally by dedicated staff.
