When you purchase a Powercat we act as your representative. We supervise the workmanship and quality as per the details of your contract with the boatbuilder. Powercats are built on a 10% deposit with progress payments for completion of pre-defined stages. As your representative here we monitor the build progress before approving the progress payment. On completion we sea trial and hand over the vessel to you, the new owner, or arrange to ship the vessel to your home port. We can issue your new powercat with a Surveyors Certificate. This Certificate together with a Safe Ship Management System (SSMS) allows the vessel to be used commercially in New Zealand for Hire or Reward.
