A Goetz boat is not complete until the customer is completely happy, and the commitment to customer satisfaction does not end when the boat is launched. Of course, during the construction of each boat, Goetz builders are in constant contact with the boat’s owners, responding at every juncture to questions and concerns. Building a boat is a process and the owner is encouraged to be as involved or removed from the process as he/she desires. Even after a boat has left the shop, a relationship with each customer remains that makes the experts at Goetz always ready to answer questions and help solve problems.
