RAM is a design and project management company set up to market the benefits of its unique, extensively tested and patented "Reflex™" tri-hull craft. Its design is well suited to the Security and Defense and commercial marine markets, The building of the company's high speed, multi purpose marine craft at this time is carried out by sub-contract boat builders with the appropriate skills to handle the unique advanced composite manufacturing process and quality control programs.

Reflex Advanced Marine Corp (RAM) was incorporated in 1993 by Ian Taylor. In the early years it was strictly a Research and Design Company operated on a part-time basis to further the design and development of the next generation of marine craft targeting the security and defense sectors. As the design and prototype testing progressed it became apparent that a revolutionary new type of vessel was emerging, one that presented significant commercial opportunites.

In 1996 it was decided to move the project forward on a full-time basis. Private investment was secured and the company proceeded to finalize designs, secured its intellectual property and developed manufacturing methods suited to mass production with exacting quality controls guidelines.

RAM has now embarked on the commercialization phase of the business offering high performance, advanced composite designs to the Security & Defense and commercial marine markets using the patented Reflex™ hull with multiple innovations and a unique manufacturing process.
