The new generation of performance cruisers
With the launch of the X-43 in early 2003, a new generation of Performance Cruisers was launched. She had her debut at the X-Yachts Gold Cup in Hamble, UK, and proved that another successful “Dual purpose” boat had been designed. In the autumn 2003 her bigger sister the X-46, made her world debut at boat shows in Europe and overseas.


Three new models were launched in 2004. In spring, the X-40 followed the footsteps of the new trendsetters competing in the X-Yachts Gold Cup held in Italy in May, and only a few months later the X-37 was launched. At the Genoa Boat Show in October the X-50 concluded the year 2004 with five new models launched.


News in 2005 – 2006 - 2007
2005 saw the launch of the prestigious IMX 70. This high quality performance yacht encompasses every aspect of the IMX philosophy, including a carbon mast/boom and very light hull, deck and interior. We have aimed to provide the ultimate sailing experience, whilst facilitating safe, easy handling; the essential elements required for cruising.

The X-35 One Design is another new X-Yachts model introduced in the past year. She will be the class of the future with over a hundred yachts on order for 2006 delivery and the first international Championship scheduled in August 2006.

The X-55 is the bigger sister to the X-50. She will be heading for new adventures this summer and showcase the detailed workmanship of another high performance cruiser from X-Yachts.

The design and development departments are busy all the time and, right now, our design team is working on details for the new X-41 One Design.
