ETL LTD, Employment and Training Links Limited is a Company limited by Guarantee, based in Sheffield that seeks to support disadvantaged individuals and assist them to access training and work opportunities.
ETL LTD was initially set up to target minority ethnic communities and refugees and asylum seekers; where unemployment and poor access to the skills needed for work are endemic. However since then the ETL LTD has extended work with all communities in Yorkshire and West Midland.

The tools to facilitate this activity will be employment training, skills training, mentoring; and will provide a knowledge base of the needs of the target minority communities and the disadvantages they face. ETL LTD have thus far secured two contracts running systematically:

ETL LTD has secured an initial two year contract with Job Centre Plus (ESF Core Finance) coupled with attracting funding from the Learning Skills Council to implement a two-year project . This LSC contract is under the measure 15 programme and focuses on males from ages 16+. Primarily ETL LTD offers support, information and guidance to improve client's awareness and opportunities to gain entry to employment and training courses. Our programmes cover client centred services, staff and customer feedback. Achieving the Matrix Standard has enhanced ETL LTD's ability to develop there services more vigorously.

ETL LTD is working towards a consistent quality approach to impact on our service delivery to clients, staff and resources. ETL LTD now also has a project running for women called Women 4 Women (W4W) in east midlands being delivered by women. This is for objective 2 eligible areas.

ETL LTD has also secured the CRT project which is supposed to help people get into employment from the coal field regions. ETL LTD has till now and will continue to provide quality support and guidance to its clients.
