Sutton Harbour Holdings is the only Stock Exchange listed Plc with its headquarters in Plymouth, Devon and our operations are centred in the heart of the South West region. Although we have a long and proud history we are a thoroughly modern and progressive company with core businesses within property, regeneration and transport.


Our head office looks out over historic Sutton Harbour, which was mentioned in the Domesday Book and is the place where modern Plymouth was born.


Sir Francis Drake sailed from here, as did the Pilgrim Fathers when they set sail on the Mayflower to discover the New World.


As the statutory harbour authority for Sutton Harbour we have been in business for over 150 years. In the 21st century we manage a range of successful operations including a transformed and revived harbour with a high quality yacht marina and a modern commercial fisheries complex. A range of related businesses are located around the harbour and form part of our award winning regeneration and development programme. This has attracted such high profile organisations as Princess Yachts and the National Marine Aquarium together with restaurants, retail businesses and high quality residential accommodation.


We have ambitious plans to expand our ongoing programme of regeneration thanks to our unique Sutton Partnership with Plymouth City Council and are working closely with other local authorities as regeneration specialists.


The Group also owns and operates Plymouth City Airport, a convenient business and leisure hub with scheduled flights and links to world airline networks, and Air Southwest, the region's own low-fare airline.
