P G Products Ltd was formed in 1969 to manufacture eye protection products for industry , which led to the development of visors for fire-fighting clothing. This evolved into the development of our own range of Marine Fireman’s Outfits.
P G Products introduced a range of SOLAS Fireman’s Outfits in 1990, which were approved by the Department of Transport (Marine Safety Agency). These products developed into the Ships Wheel approved Fireguard and Flameguard Fireman’s Outfits, which are sold world-wide through a network of distributors and agents.
The company is approved by Bureau Veritas for the production of Marine Fireman’s outfits.
The company policy is to be closely involved with development of new standards and specifications for the Marine fire fighting market through representation on appropriate International standards committees.
