A PRODUCT POLICY AT THE SERVICE OF THE OPTIMUM SOLUTION, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD
Faiveley implements an innovative and principled product policy, strongly oriented towards "turnkey" solutions to our customers' problems. We draw inspiration for this from the diversity of our experiences, gained through our presence in the railway world's major countries, to enhance our products for the benefit of our customers. We thus guarantee long-lasting solutions compatible with the lifetime of railway equipment.
EFFECTIVE DESIGN
The equipment developed by Faiveley is based on validated technological building blocks, enabling rapid implementation at least cost. This know-how means that we can provide specific solutions to the needs of our customers with firm control of the risks.
WORKING ALONGSIDE OUR CUSTOMERS
Through its extended network of 10 subsidiaries around the world, Faiveley is able to work with its customers in their international development. Our commitment in this context goes well beyond a simple sales relationship and enables us to provide local competencies in engineering, production, after-sales and even, increasingly often, a presence on the shop floor with the manufacturer's teams.
OUR PROCUREMENT AND QUALITY STRATEGIES
Our procurement strategy is based on close collaboration with a limited number of integrated suppliers, responsible for the performance of the work they provide. Our industrial presence in countries with low labour costs (including the Czech Republic, China, Brazil) enables us to obtain the most favourable costs for all our factories.
The Faiveley quality system, going beyond the level routinely encountered in our industry, places the emphasis on advanced practices such as group problem solving, continuous process improvement and capitalization of experience.
