Providing lone workers with an alert system has historically only been available through monitoring or call centre services. The PPS enables organisations to take advantage of the latest technology in lone worker safety and by bringing this technology in-house, remove the cost of monitoring services. Utilising GSM or Satellite phone technology, the PPS automatically records and relays alerts to response personnel.
Use a wide range of personal safety devices like Identicom (GSM), GEOAssist (GPS/GSM), GEOV (GPS/GSM & Man Down), GT2000 (Satellite), Mobile Phones or any device that can make a voice call or send a SMS text message. Any combination of devices can be used with the PPS to generate alerts.
Alerts are relayed directly to PC screens and/or mobile phones. Response personnel can listen to voice alert recordings and to live voice alerts on PCs or phones. Lone workers using GPS or LBS enabled devices can take advantage of PPS PlacePoint to provide response personnel with location mapping data on PCs and Java enabled phones.
