Dial-a-Ride is a door-to-door service for those who are unable to use conventional public transport whether due to age, disability or simply because there is no other transport available in their area. The schemes are membership based and to qualify you must live in the designated area for the schemes listed below and be unable to access public transport.

Alford & Mablethorpe, Bourne, Cliff Villages, East Elloe (Holbeach), Gainsborough, Grantham, Horncastle, Louth, Market Rasen, Skegness, Stamford and East Elloe (Holbeach).

Once registered, the member simply rings the booking line to arrange their journey. Journeys can be either single or return and can be used for a wide variety of uses such as for appointments, shopping, visiting friends and other social activities. There is then a reasonable fare charged for each journey.

All vehicles are full accessible with fitted grab rail, tail lift and low step. The drivers are trained to assist with most types of mobility problems, including ensuring that wheelchairs and other mobility aids are correctly secured, they can also assist with loading and unloading shopping if required.
