Shrewsbury Dial-a-Ride is an accessible minibus service operating within a ten-mile radius of Shrewsbury town centre.

If you do not have the use of a car or you find it difficult or even impossible to use public transport, then this is the service for you.

Please note that Dial-a-Ride:


is able to help people with mobility difficulties registered and temporarily disabled
operates Monday to Friday from 8.45 am to 4.00 pm
provides a friendly door-to-door service
offers a priority booking service for journeys required for medical purposes
requires members to be flexible about all non-urgent journey times
needs all journeys to be booked from 48 hours before the time required to travel
asks for an annual membership fee of £10
charges a fare for each journey (based on local bus fares). Concessionary fares apply; free travel passes and travel tokens. Bus pass can be used after 9.30 am
