Dial-A-Ride is a bookable transport service which uses vehicles which are specially adapted to make them accessible to the needs of all passengers. The buses are equipped with a lift or ramp to assist wheelchair users or those people with walking difficulties. You need to register in order to use the service. You can register to use the service if you have a mobility or sensory impairment which means that you cannot use or have difficulty in using ordinary bus services. Once the service has registered your details you are able to make bookings. The service can collect you from your door and take you to your required destination in the operating area.
