This is our commitment to ensure that customers with impaired mobility or other disabilities or limitations enjoy the same ease of access and journey comfort as any other customer using Gatwick Express services.
Gatwick Express is committed to adopting the services, standards and guidance contained in the SRA Code of Practice "Train and Station Services for Disabled Passengers".
Gatwick Express will seek dispensation from the SRA Code of Practice at an early stage of the design process if we are unable to meet the prescribed standards. This applies in particular if we refurbish existing rolling stock or for the provision of new facilities at terminals.
Most Gatwick Express services are operated by modern, RVAR compliant trains that can be easily accessed by the majority of passengers with disabilities.
Gatwick Express is committed to providing Disability Awareness training to all frontline staff.
