We have 1750 over Crew members (Captains (Class I, II, and III), Marine Engineers (Class I, II, and III), and Rating) and standby in our base.
Most of them having experienced from Offshore Industries and Offshore Vessel and all candidate Held complete certificate of STCW 95 /ISM code under of IMO regulation.
The main reason of successful export of Indonesian seamen is their high professional and educational level (STCW 1995) and as a rule they have a good knowledge of English. Our sailors can work in mixed crews, adapt rather quickly and easily. This has great appeal to foreign employers since the combination of professionalism, skills and coordination is very significant in such specific human resource market as marine crewing.

For the first our service, we pay all the expenses (air tickets, Visa, document arrangement, transportation) before the sailors will be working on board your good ships every where.
Please if our sailors not experienced or not good to be support your ships operation.
You can send back the sailors to going home country with all cost will be our company responsibility.
But please reimburse all of our expenses, if the sailors can working on board more than 2 months without any problem and found the sailors working well and not making any trouble.
