A fantastic Part-Time opportunity has arisen for a Transport Manager to join our team at a growing waste recycling company. Based in North London the company has a fleet of vehicles providing haulage and waste management services to the Construction and Demolition industry. The role will be 2-3 days per week depending on your availability and a current CPC qualification is essential with a minimum of 5 years experience in the transport field. In this excellent part-time position you will be responsible for the companies’ modern fleet of vehicles, including skip loaders, hook loaders, tippers, vans and company cars. You will ensure that the fleet meets health & safety, tachograph and working time compliance regulations whilst showing commercial awareness liaising daily with suppliers and mechanics. Other basic duties include reconciling invoices, overseeing the upkeep of the vehicles and sustaining service, MOT, fuel and mileage logs. We will offer a competitive salary depending on your hours and you can start work immediately!!
