Car Turntables in restricted spaces

I am trying to work out the minimum safe dimensions for a drive area. There will be a turntable 3640mm diameter. The approaching car exits a track 2.5m wide, turns 25degrees (or so) onto the table. Are there any models for minimum space around the moving car and for safety areas around the turntable? My County Council has no relevant guidelines apart from dimensions for a turning space, with no turntable.
